On Time Weekly Post- 5/10

Whew, I'm on time this week. The week didn't start out too great. Monkey See Monkey Do 1 was published over by Cheney Stadium in Tacoma. We went out to try to find it, but couldn't in the fading daylight. So the next day, are frienemies, the FugeFinders, got the FTF on it. Grrrrr! Later, one was published on my dad's way to work. We figured that nobody would have found it by the time he would head to work the next day, since there was a "not 24/7" attribute. Unfortunately, someone found it anyway, so our bad fortune continued. On Friday, we finally found a multi that had been giving us trouble, Captain Wapato's Treasure Hunt (GCHWPC). We are only one step away from finishing the requirements for the Know Your Local Cacher Challenge. On Saturday, we got up early to go find a cache that you can find only by taking the Light Rail through downtown Tacoma. In addition to it being a great tour, we got the FTF. We were sure Tom from FugeFinders would be down there searching already. We later on went back up to Tacoma to find more caches downtown. In three hours, we found two caches (is that even possible?!). A cache was published in Bonney Lake later that night, so we raced out, only to be beat to the cache by GPSWonderer. The good part though... we beat Tom! Yesssss!!! Next came Mother's Day. We got an FTF on one of ImLuckiest's new caches to kick start the day. It was a nice walk in a new park in Bonney Lake. Later we went on to find several caches in Flaming Geyser State Park, and that pretty much ends it for this week. Stay posted for next week. Remember... next Monday is the one year anniversary of us starting geocaching, so we'll start posting pictures and individual find posts on the blog. Stay tuned, and see ya'll next week!
